How to Make Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe at Home
Chicken wings with skinny chicken meat along the thin bones are the tasty parts of the chicken. Both grilled and fried wings are very popular with many chicken lovers, particularly to kids. Fried and baked chicken wings singly or with French fries can make very delicious snacks. Baked buffalo chicken wings absorb a very little or negligible amount of chicken. As such the recipe is healthier and recommended for those who are concern about the oily food. Baking in the Air fryer is a better choice for faster and easier baking.
Baked buffalo chicken wings

Ingredients for baked buffalo chicken wings
500 gm chicken wings
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
½ teaspoon cumin, ground
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoon cilantro leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon honey
½ chili paste
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 oz tomato sauce
½ teaspoon coriander seeds, ground
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 oz tomato ketchup
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 cup of water
Wash and clean the chicken wings. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Marinate the chicken wings in this mixture for at least 1 hour in a refrigerator.
Arrange the chicken wings in a baking dish and pour all the marinade over the chicken. The marinade should turn to a thick sauce. Any remaining liquid in the baking dish can be thickened in a pan on the stove and poured over the baked chicken, to keep it moist.
Bake at 350⁰F for one hour, turn the chicken wings occasionally until the chicken pieces are tender and nicely browned. If you have an air fryer, use it for better and quick baking. The baking pan of the air fried allows heat all-round. Thus, it may not be necessary to turn the chicken wings while baking. If your fried does not allow sufficient space below the pan, you may have to turn the chicken wings once.
Delicious baked buffalo chicken wings are ready to serve. Serve hot with

Beat up the egg white with a fork. Dip chicken wing in the egg white then coats with the rice flour. Deep fry until golden brown in color.
Transfer to a colander to drain away oil drips. Arrange on an absorbent paper-lined tray to serve. Serve with any kind of sauce and salad.
